Select the Preset Folder where you want to add the preset (s) and right/option click on it. Please also keep in mind that these presets are generalized for all cameras and conditions, so feel free to start with these and then modify them for your specific underwater photo gear and conditions of the shoot. In the Develop Module of Lightroom, locate and open the Presets Panel on the left side. The remaining editing involves localized adjustments.
